Faculty and staff manage their own profiles through the Ivan Allen College Faculty & Staff Directory.
Manage Your Profile
- Go to https://people.iac.gatech.edu/ (must be on-campus or using VPN to access).
- Click on “Log into the application.” You will use your GT login and password and the dual login, just like any other GT application.
- Go to “My Profile.”
- Click on the various options on the profile toolbar to update your information, including adding your bio, education, publications, awards, research interests, and headshot.
- The more filled out your profile is filled out, the easier it is for our team to know the type of research you do and the expertise you can provide for potential stories or media opportunities.
Professional Headshots
If you take a new headshot, please email the original file to communications@iac.gatech.edu so we may save it to our photo repository and use it in our future communications on your work.
Iris Headshot Photo Booth
The Iris Headshot Photo Booths offer a convenient and free solution for professional headshots, condensing a full-size photo studio into a modern, 20-square-foot space. There are two headshot photo booths on campus: one in the Bill Moore Student Success Center near the coaching area and one on the third floor of the John Lewis Student Center, near the Event Services Office and the SGA office. The Bill Moore Student Success Center location operates Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., while the Student Center location is available 24/7. These photo booths are open to faculty, staff, students, and alumni and were provided by a partnership between the Georgia Tech Career Center and the Student Government Association.
Institute Communications
Georgia Tech Institute Communications offers a free headshot service by appointment for faculty and staff from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Tuesdays.
