How we can Help
Our job is to help spread the word about the exciting initiatives, important research, and inspiring successes that make studying liberal arts at Georgia Tech such a unique experience.
We want to elevate the reputation of the Ivan Allen College and help our campus neighbors, parents of prospective students, policymakers, and the press understand the transformative power of a technology-infused liberal arts education and about the breadth and depth of the College’s research work addressing significant issues in the humanities and social sciences.
Here's what the communication team manages:
- College and School websites (faculty/lab/individual program pages are managed independently)
- News and feature articles
- College and School social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Online event calendars
- Media relations
- Dean’s Weekly Update (weekly email newsletter for College faculty and staff)
- Research Update (monthly email newsletter featuring faculty research)
- School email newsletters
- Digital signs in College buildings
- Dean’s Report (annual College impact report)
- Brand management (review of brochures, promotional items, flyers)
- Graphic design (for high-profile, Institute-wide, or external materials)
